They are sweet and juicy but also have a hot, peppery flavour. They are generally milder than red radishes. Grate, shred or julienne for salads, slice and bake into chips, or add to pot roasts or casseroles.Radish comes in a wide range of colour and size variants, such as white, red, and purple, long, short,rounded and are a common ingredient in dishes around the globe. They are great to eat raw, and go perfectly with salads. Radish is also commonly used in various traditional Indian curries. Planting And Care
- Radishes require well-drained soil with consistent moisture
- Thin radishes to about an inch apart when the plants are a week old
Radish White Care
- The seeds should be sown about the middle of March to middle of August
- Plant them in the very rich soil about half to 1 inch deep and 1 inch apart; later, thin the seedlings 4 to 6 inches apart

Store in plastic bags in the refrigerator. Radish greens can be stored separately for up to three days. |
