Gongura is one of the famous south Indian leafy vegetables used for preparing chutney, Pickle, curry, and dal. Choose a location where it will get a minimum of 6 hours’ sunlight daily and sow them directly on beds/pots. They are sour in taste. Gongura is also called Sorrel Leaves, Pulichai Keerai, and Ambadi in other languages.
